Corporate Storytelling is the company that helps other companies utilise storytelling.

Corporate Storytelling

Experience proves you can do the job.
Story helps people trust you with it.

When someone chooses a business, they’re not only asking whether you can do the work. They’re asking who you are, whether they can trust you, and why they should choose you over anyone else. Corporate Storytelling turns what you already do into a human and trustworthy story so customers have a reason to choose you.

When being good is not enough

Most businesses can tell you what they do. They have case studies, credentials, a track record, a product that works. When they sit in front of the right person, they know their business is good.

But when it matters most: when a potential client is weighing their options, when a tender panel is deciding, when a great hire is trying to figure out whether to say yes, something falls flat.

Not because the business isn’t good. Because being capable is not the same as being chosen. When people are deciding who to trust, they need more than proof that the work can be done. They need to feel something human behind the business. Story gives them that feeling. And that feeling gives them a reason to choose you instead of somebody else.

People don’t remember what you tell them. They remember how you make them feel. And they trust businesses that feel like they have a story.

How experience becomes trust

Corporate Storytelling takes what’s already true about your business and shapes it into something people can understand, feel and choose. That’s not spin. It’s not rebranding or a new marketing strategy. It’s the difference between a business that has a good pitch and one that has a genuine story: the kind that travels, sticks, and builds the trust that converts.

Experience proves you can do the job. Story helps people trust you with it.

Every business has a story
that needs to be told well.

We produce the narrative assets that sit at the front of every important conversation your business has. The ones that people feel before they decide.

01

Company Story

A clear, felt articulation of who you are, why you exist, and what makes you different. The story behind the business, told in a way people can connect with. Not a list of credentials, but a reason to believe.

02

Founder Story

The origin. The reasoning. The values underneath the business decisions. A founder story that explains not just what you built, but why you were the right person to build it.

03

Website About Page

Most About pages list facts. A good one earns trust. We write the version that makes people feel they already understand who they’re dealing with, before they’ve spoken to anyone.

04

Tender / Why Us Narrative

When the technical submission is done, the story is what separates you. We write the narrative that answers the question every panel is actually asking: why should we trust you with this?

05

Sales Story

The story your salespeople tell. Clear, emotionally coherent, consistent across every conversation. Built to move the right people, without pressure, hype or anything that sounds like a pitch.

06

Recruitment & Employer Brand Story

Why would the right person want to work here? We help you articulate the kind of culture, leadership and purpose that attracts people who actually fit, and makes the wrong people self-select out.

07

Short Documentary-Style Video

A founder or company story told on camera. Real people, real voice, real story. Scripted, structured and produced to feel human. Not corporate, not polished to the point of feeling fake.

Something else in mind?

Every business story is different. If you have a specific narrative challenge that doesn’t fit neatly into a category, let’s talk about it directly.

Start the conversation

Sean Bobby Kerr

Storyteller Former Defence Lawyer of the New South Wales Bar Association

Sean spent years in courtrooms where the facts were fixed and the story was everything. Where the same evidence, shaped differently, could change what people believed and what they decided. He learned that narrative isn’t decoration. It’s the mechanism of persuasion.

As a published fiction novelist, he understands story at a structural level: what creates interest, what earns feeling, what makes a character (or a company) feel real and worth following. That structural understanding is what separates good storytelling from instinct.

He now brings that combination of skills to business, helping founders and organisations find the story that was already there, and shape it into something the people they’re trying to reach can actually feel.

Every project starts with listening. We uncover what makes your business worth trusting, then shape it into a story customers remember when it is time to choose.

Three steps.
One outcome: a story that works.

Discover the real story

We start by finding what’s actually true and interesting about your business. Not the polished version. The real one. The origin, the decision that changed things, the value that runs underneath everything you do. This is where the genuine story lives, and it’s almost never on your current website.

Shape the emotional truth

We identify what makes it matter to the specific people you’re trying to reach. Then we find the language that lets them feel it. Not louder. Not more impressive. Just more clearly, more honestly, more effectively human. The kind of language that makes people lean in rather than tune out.

Turn it into usable assets

We produce the actual deliverables: the story pages, the pitch narrative, the About section, the video interview. Real things you can use from day one. Not a strategy document that sits in a folder. Words that go to work.

If your business is good at what it does
but people aren’t feeling why they should choose you,
that’s the gap we close.

Every engagement starts with a conversation. No sales process, no proposal before we’ve spoken. Just a direct conversation about what you’re trying to say and who you’re trying to say it to.
